Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you raise a return request and if your purchased product is eligible for return, we’ll initiate the return procedure. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Size Exchange

We offer size exchanges only, as we want every child to enjoy the perfect fit.

Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Exchange is permitted only for the same product in a different size, subject to availability.

Exchange Shipping Fee

For approved size exchanges, a reverse pickup will be arranged by us.
A nominal reverse shipment fee of ₹99 will be applicable for exchanges, which will be borne by the customer. This amount will be collected before processing the exchange.

How It Works

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
  • After the item is received and passes our quality check, we will process your replacement order.
  • The exchanged size will be dispatched promptly.

Please note:

  • We do not offer monetary refunds.
  • Exchanges are processed only after the original product is received and QC verified.
  • Items that do not meet eligibility standards will be returned to the customer.

Incorrect Product Received

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, kindly notify us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear images of:

  • The product received
  • The product tag
  • The packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup and dispatch the correct item on priority.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Damaged During Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours along with supporting images. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Additional Information

Mini Tantini reserves the right to decline exchanges if returned items do not meet our quality standards.
Our policies are designed to maintain fairness, product integrity, and a premium experience for all customers.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and accessories. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds. However, we are happy to accept returns and an exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn and in their original packaging with tags intact. please contact us at hello@minitantini.com.
