Shipping Policy

At Mini Tantini, every outfit is thoughtfully packed and delivered with care across India.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within India only.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:

  • 3–7 business days for metro cities

  • 4–9 business days for non-metro locations

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges & Exchange Shipping

Forward Shipping

We offer free standard shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

Any additional charges (such as Cash on Delivery, if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment.

Size Exchange Shipping

We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as per our Exchange Policy.

For customer-initiated size exchanges:

  • A reverse pickup will be arranged by us.

  • A ₹99 reverse shipment fee will be applicable and invoiced at the time of exchange confirmation.

  • The replacement product will be dispatched only after the original item is received and passes our quality check.

Please note:

  • While we provide free forward shipping, we do not offer free return shipping for customer-initiated exchanges.

  • Reverse shipment charges do not apply in verified cases of incorrect product dispatch or transit damage.

  • Mini Tantini reserves the right to decline exchanges if returned items do not meet eligibility standards.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and/or SMS. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment updates using the tracking link provided.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.

Mini Tantini shall not be liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Reshipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of:

  • The product received

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

Claims raised beyond 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Upon verification, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup and dispatch the correct item on priority.

Shipping Delays & Liability

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Mini Tantini shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, government regulations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
